Brisbane Whitegoods Warranty – Factory Second (BNE)

Factory Second (BNE) units are covered by a 12-month Brisbane Whitegoods Warranty.

• Service is carried out within the Brisbane Greater Metropolitan Area.
• If a workshop return is needed, the product may need to come back to our workshop or retail store.

Outside our service area
If a refurbished/Factory Second product is taken outside our service area, transport to and from our workshop (or any part required) is at the purchaser’s cost.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products are covered by the manufacturer directly. Each brand has its own terms and service network.

Example: This unit is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of X years.

Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty booklet or website for full details.

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Locate your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2. Record your product’s model and serial number.
3. Check whether your item is under a Brisbane Whitegoods warranty or a manufacturer’s warranty.
4. Contact us
   • Call your nearest store or email with a brief description of the fault.
   • Include photos/video, your model details, and your contact info.
5. We’ll guide you on the next steps (workshop return, in-home visit, or referral to the brand’s authorised service).

Have ready when contacting us:

• Proof of purchase.
• Clear access to the appliance.
• Photos of the issue and rating label.
