Pick-Ups
You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection and which store it can be collected from. Pick-up is available during store opening hours only.
Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation to collect your goods.
Ready-to-Collect Timing
Orders are prepared as fast as possible. If we’re transferring stock to your preferred store, we’ll confirm a pickup date once the item arrives.
Stock Hold & Storage
Refer to the Stock Hold and Storage Terms & Conditions for full details.
- Hold period: We can hold paid orders for up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Extended holds: Holds exceeding the standard period may attract storage fees of $28 per week (or $112 for 4 weeks), payable prior to collection or delivery.
- Uncollected orders: Orders not collected or arranged for delivery after the hold or storage period may be cancelled and returned to stock. A store credit may be issued at the discretion of Brisbane Whitegoods.
- Authority to collect: If someone else is collecting on your behalf, written notification must be provided prior to collection.
Safe Transport
Bring suitable transport, blankets, and tie-downs. Our team can assist with loading, but this is at your own risk.
Deliveries
Service Area
We deliver within a 40Km radius to the Brisbane CBD.
- Standard delivery starts from $85 (varies by suburb and access).
- Contact your nearest store for a confirmed quote.
Outside Our Area
Brisbane Whitegoods generally delivers within a 40 km radius of the Brisbane CBD. Deliveries beyond this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis for locations slightly outside the standard radius. Please contact Brisbane Whitegoods prior to purchase to discuss your specific requirements.
For items serviced by Brisbane Whitegoods, any warranty transport to and from our workshop is at the purchaser’s cost if located outside our service zone as per our delivery area.
What Delivery Includes
- Placement to a reasonable spot with safe access.
- Basic positioning only, unless an installation service was quoted on your order.
- Old appliance removal.

- Clear path from driveway to the installation spot.
