1. Change of Mind and Refunds
Brisbane Whitegoods Factory Outlet does not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchase, including factory second or refurbished items. All sales are final once payment has been received.
2. Sight Unseen Purchases
Customers are invited to inspect any item in person before purchase. If you choose to proceed with a Sight Unseen purchase (buying without physical inspection), you acknowledge that:
- Any undisclosed cosmetic imperfections (such as dents, scratches, or blemishes) that do not affect the product’s function are not grounds for refund, exchange, or compensation.
- A store credit may be issued only if a change of mind occurs before collection or delivery, and the product has been personally inspected at store level.
- If the selected product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
- By proceeding with payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
3. Factory Seconds and Refurbished Items
Factory Seconds are products identified by the manufacturer or retailer as having cosmetic imperfections or being ex-display, discontinued, or customer-returned items.
All factory seconds are tested and/or serviced to ensure they work as the manufacturer intended. These products are sold at a reduced price and include a non-cosmetic warranty.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Cosmetic imperfections or visual blemishes;
- Change of mind after purchase; or
- Repairable issues covered by warranty.
Refurbished or second-hand products are reconditioned to function as intended and carry an in-home warranty within a 40 km radius of Brisbane CBD.
4. Warranty Coverage
- Factory Second – BNE Warranty:
Products are covered by an in-home warranty within a 40 km radius of Brisbane CBD. Outside this area, warranty service is return to base. - Factory Second – NAT Warranty:
Products are covered by a non-cosmetic, Australia-wide in-home or return-to-base warranty. - Non-Cosmetic Warranty:
This warranty covers faults in function, not cosmetic defects, missing minor accessories, or visual flaws.
5. Payments
- Full payment must be made prior to delivery or collection.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery dates are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
