Appliance Deliveries
Fast, Reliable Delivery in Brisbane
At Brisbane Whitegoods, we deliver top-quality factory second appliances and other home appliances within 40 km of the Brisbane CBD. Looking for a delivery outside this area? No problem, we can sometimes arrange custom delivery options on a case-by-case basis where deliveries are a little outside of our delivery area.
Warranty & Workshop Transport
If your appliance needs warranty service and you’re outside our main delivery area, transport to and from our workshop may be an option and would be at the purchaser’s cost.
What’s Included in Your Appliance Delivery
- Safe placement of your appliance in a convenient spot.
- Basic positioning (installation can be added if previously quoted).
- Removal of your old appliance.
Optional Extras
- Professional installation and connection for selected products (quoted separately).
Delivery Day Checklist
To ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery of your factory second appliances:
- An adult (18+) should be present at home.
- Keep the path from driveway to installation area clear and accessible.
- Make sure any necessary connections are ready if installation is booked.
- Ensure parking is available for our delivery truck.
Missed Delivery?
We want your delivery to be stress-free! If you’re not home when we get there, we can easily set up a new delivery time and day. Please note that a new delivery fee may be payable.

Click & Collect Policy - Customer Guidelines
Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and collect your order from a store location.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Orders are processed after payment is completed.
- You’ll receive a “Ready for Collection” email.
2. Collection Timing
- Do not attend until you receive your email.
- Collect within 7 days.
- Uncollected orders may be cancelled (store credit issued).
- Contact the store if you need more time.
3. Identification Requirements
- Valid photo ID and order confirmation required.
- ID must match order details.
4. Third-Party Collection
- Notify the store in advance.
- Collector must bring ID and confirmation.
- No ID = no release.
5. Product Inspection
- Inspect products at collection.
- Goods are accepted once they leave the store.
6. Vehicle Suitability
- Ensure your vehicle is suitable.
- Staff may refuse unsafe loading.
7. Responsibility for Goods
- Responsibility transfers after collection.
- No liability for transport damage.
8. Additional Notes
- Policy may change at any time.
