Simmer control allows you to control low heat cooking whilst the dual wok burner comes with two control knobs, allowing you to control the inner and outer flame rings independently. With safety in mind, the cooktop features flame failure cut off, meaning gas flow is stopped should a flame be accidently extinguished. A gas conversion kit is included as standard, allowing you to convert to LPG if required.
