Factory Seconds and New Products terms and warranties

Factory second/s refers to an item which is imperfect. These products may have been (but not limited to) a demonstration, superseded, test unit, scratched, dented or other circumstances which deem them as unfit for retail sales. All factory seconds come with warranty which can vary dependant on the product. Extended warranties are available at additional charges relevant to the product. BWG warranties refer to a warranty which is covered by Brisbane Whitegoods Factory Outlet. The BWG warranties are for domestic appliances used in domestic or single family applications and do not cover the use of the product used in any commercial manner. BWG warranties cover both parts and labour to correct defects in electrical and mechanical parts. Brisbane Whitegoods Factory Outlet will not be responsible for cosmetic defects, costs associated with service call/s, freight or transport of goods requiring service from areas outside a radius of 25Km from the Brisbane CBD, or for installation, plumbing or user faults.

New products refer to an item which has been purchased for retail sales without defects. All warranties are covered by the manufacturer of the product and are subject to the warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

Payment and Pricing

All acceptable methods of payment will be outlined within our website. Our Terms are payment in full prior to the finalisation of a service/sale. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. All prices shown include GST. Prices shown for products/services do not include shipping. Shipping costs are shown separately at the time of checkout. The company reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Deliveries and Supply of Products/Services

Delivery of your product/s is at the sole discretion of Brisbane Whitegoods. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of your product/s for any reason which we deem fit for doing so. The company makes every effort to deliver your products/service within a reasonable time frame. Upon placing your order with the company, you are encouraged to view their “My Account” section to view the status of your order. Products/services will only be shipped to the shipping address indicated by you.

Termination of Agreements, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Brisbane Whitegoods do not offer refunds for anything outside your statutory rights. Should any refunds offered by us, it will be at the sole discretion of Brisbane Whitegoods and will be dependant of the situation at hand and may incur a 25% re-stocking fee

Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. Products displayed throughout this Web site are indicative of the types of products that we sell, however because our stock is continually changing, the actual make, and or model displayed within this site may no longer be in stock or available. Prices alter, depending on the scratch, or dent on individual products, hence the prices displayed on product images throughout this website are an approximate indication and your personal inspection is obviously recommended in order to determine the extent of the scratch, or dent damage, prior to purchase.

Email address and first name collection

We collect your first name and email address for the sole purpose of sending periodical emails with product and company related information. The email address and your name will be kept on our server for only that purpose. You can at any time opt out from our email list and your details will be deleted.
